The parking lot and intersection have been completed, with grading, seeding, and straw mat installation now in place. The contractor is working through a few remaining punch-list items, and once those are wrapped up, Phase 1 will be fully complete.
Bids for the dog park fence were opened on Monday, 11/24/2025, with three submissions received. Legrand Fence was selected as the awarded contractor. A project start date will be announced once it is confirmed.
The fence has been fully installed, and the final step—painting—remains. This work will be completed when weather conditions are suitable.
